Giving

In recent years several of the alumni have taken a renewed interest in updating the 125-year-old school buildings and classrooms. Newly painted walls, refurbished floors and remodeled rooms symbolize the heartfelt love that the community feels toward the school. Pride of ownership simply oozes from the structure. Fundraising efforts for the school realized over $125,000 during the 2008/2009 school year as further evidence of the small community's willingness to support the school. School records indicate that over ninety percent of the Saint Gabriel Elementary School graduates are accepted at the surrounding Catholic high schools.


Time:  Saint Gabriel School is always looking for volunteers to help as mentors, tutors or in additional ways. To set up an appointment, please call the school office.

Talent:  One of the most wonderful gifts you can give Saint Gabriel School is donating your special talent! Whether you are a painter, carpenter, former teacher or musician, we can find a fit that will allow you to share your skills with our school and students!

Donations:   We are always accepting donations of sports equipment, school supplies, new or gently used computers, along with scholarships for students. Please call our school office to discuss what you would like to do to help!
